Three principles.
The model that fits the project. We do not train our own foundation models. For each project we choose from established third-party models, based on the task, the data and the cost.
A person signs off. By default, the systems we build pass decisions that matter to a person to approve. AI can draft, sort and suggest; people stay accountable for the outcome.
We stay on after launch. Once a system is live, we keep testing and updating it on a cadence agreed with you.
Responsible AI.
We tell you which third-party models the systems we build for you use, and we help you make it clear to your own users when they are dealing with AI. By default, the agents and automations we build pass decisions that matter to a person to review. We design our integrations to send a model provider only the data the task needs. We turn down work we consider harmful, including systems for mass surveillance, social scoring or deceptive deepfakes of real people.

Where does our data go, and do you train on it?
We do not train foundation models, so we do not use your data to build one. Which data a system uses, which provider processes it, where and for how long are agreed for each project in a written agreement, including what the chosen provider's terms allow it to do with that data.

It depends on the scope. We agree the timeline for each stage during the discovery sprint.
